barbara-ann has incorporated the science of aromatics (pure essential oils) into the old school glamour of cream perfumes. These decadent treats are environmentally conscious and provide benefits to the mind, body and spirit. Handmade over the stovetop at low temperatures, the base oils are warmed until liquefied, at which point the essential oils are added.

Essential oils come from plant materials, including flower petals, spices, fruit peels, roots & leaves, and have been used for centuries in cooking, perfumery and medicine. Every essential oil contains a variety of unique properties beneficial for the mind, body and overall well-being.

barbara-ann’s cream perfumes contain only pure, natural ingredients. Each person has a unique body chemistry, but no scent is ever “overpowering”. Unlike traditional perfumes with synthetic additives and fragrance extenders, it may be necessary to dab a on later in the day to refresh the scent. And its portable size makes it perfect to toss into a purse or pocket.

Directions: Apply to pulse points, such as the areas behind the ear, inner wrist, crook of the arm & knee and the décolleté area. Since these areas tend to give off heat, the perfume will last longer.  Cream perfumes are not overpowering - the scent is delicate, light and beautiful.

For an extra special treat, try this:  Use a q-tip to remove a teensy, tiny amount (half the size of your pinky toenail!) and then rub together between your palms and apply to the ends of your hair.  You'll smell like you've been kissed by an angel!
